We learnt that light can bend and can be reflected. We carried out the following experiments.
1. Light can bend. We saw that if you put a pencil in a glass of water it looks like it is broken.
2. If you put an arrow behind a container of water it changes direction.
3. If you put a word behind a glass of water it reverses. We found that won changes to now!
4. We made a periscope to show that mirrors reflect light.
5. We bounced the light of the torch off as many mirrors a possible to show how light can be reflected.
